I was labeled a bad disease your dad couldn't get rid of. And in short that after 19 years of the drug abuse, drinking nearly closely dying from pancreatist and then you dad has diabetes as well as his mother.
Do, in the end I have been labled that bad guy. And it truly hurts. So, ur advice, never take anything at face value. I have learned the hard way that nothing is ever what it seems. Ad sometimes you jut have to let go to make it.
And let me clarify, my mother God Rest her soul, she wasn't a saint. But, she did make every effort to see you and love you.
When no one else was there for us, it wasn't our families. It's sad DCFS I only had the promise Mr. and Mrs. D made a promise for us to see you. They promised occasoional phone calls picitures, and until that final hearing, we never heard from them again. I don't know what they were thiking.
Maybe it was the Micheal kid who got kidnapped. But, we spent years, under a microscope following the book and in the end we got nothing.
Your brother was 4 yrs old when he sent a Thanksgiving card to you. I guess he missed grandma as she was killed and went to heaven. But, your foster mother, sent it back folded up wth the note you can see at the top of this webpage.
They took us to court for a two year order of prpection. It expired in February 1999.
So, I posted all those cruel letter that they sent you your bothers I know I said I would keep in touch, but, babygirls, this is the only way, I know how .
We gave up on letters in the paper as you probably don't even read them.

For clarification purposes, I Susana M. Regan Cloutier take full responsibility for this site. I am aware of my rights to freedom of speech. The On February 27, 2009 the Adoptive Liars didn't show up to court. They therefore forfeited the renewal of their court order full of lies. I have kept all the paperwork and on Spetember 26, 2011 I will post it online for Ashley to see. This will be Ashley's 18th birthday. And it is on that day that it will be for her to decide by law if she wants to talk to her true family and her brothers.
I also want to let you know that Christian is receiving counseling and now has legal reports from the neuropsychologist and therapist that the "Lies you people made to him have always and still do affect him everyday." So congratulations on your successful attempt to emotionally traumatize a child.
And know that I will keep all of his reports as well. This is what I get for making an unselfish decision to keep all my children safe and well cared for. This was what happened as a result of my trusting "the Adoptive parents known as the liars."
I will never forget the lies you have told our family. And do know that as the years go by, we NEVER FORGET AND WE HAVE ONLY GROWN STRONGER.
Please keep in mind that they are a matter of public records. I will also be posting the name and number of the state's attorney and all witnesses to the false verbal agreement to an open adoption.
Then the ones known as liars may answer to our girls as to why they lied before ourselves, our sons and family as well as the state's attorney, our attorneys, the foster mother, their god mother and everyone present.
I promise that I will be sure that the truth is known on that day.

Letter and pics from Mommy 5/29/2009 / Mommy Cloutier (Mommy) We went from May 15, 2009 until May 18, 2009. Your brothers had a blast with Ti ti J'net and all the familia.
We needed that break. Little Adrian is 3 lbs. 14 oz today. I won't add pics of him. But, one day you will see. He is sooo tiny, but, he is a fighter. He has a great family to visit him out there.
Chico died on May 14, 2009. He was 19 years old.
He suffered soo much in the last days. I wish that our Lord would have just let him go in his sleep. But, he got to be at home, with me holding him, singing to him and praying for him.
He left my arms and went straight back up to Abuelita in heaven. He was greeted by boooo. I still have Sassy. She is so spoiled now.
Chris started Boy Scouts. He is doing soo much better. He keeps popping up those A's in school. He graduated D.A.R.E this week. Mommy has been working very hard to make it special for all the fifth graders. I will take pics for you.
Chris also got his first Sex ed in school. Wow! They are doing these things soo young these days. I hope you both respect yourselves enough to know not to do anything until you are married. All the stuff you hear about boys, is totally true.
Puberty is a hard thing. This is the point in your life that you will find yourselves, your spirit, your calling in life. You will soul search and learn many unavoidable lessons. For instance, who your true friends are. It is normal to feel betrayed and like no one cares or understands.
It is normal to fall in love with a boy and think it will last forever. Sometimes, very rare, it does.
But, things are harder for you in your generation. Remember to look out for you! Then remember to look out for each other. You only have each other right now. Sisters are FOREVER! You will fight, you will cry and you will laugh a lot together. I thank the Lord you are both together.
It may not seem like it now, but, you will remember your childhood together forever. Treasure those moments. Remember, I may not be there physically, but, in spirit, I am there. I am thinking of you always. I pray for every obstacle that you endure, you will be protected and surrounded by angels.
Remember that I taught you about good touch and bad touch. NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO EVER TOUCH YOU! You can always count on the school counselors for anything. I know this is the time in life you are scared.
But, know you are loved and thought of always.

This is Ti Ti J'net. She is the closest I will have to a sister since Titi Linda passed away. She reminds me soo much of her. I went to see her in CT. She loves G*d and is a wonderful mom.
We went to two baby showers in one weekend. It was a blast.
